Boy do I miss seeing everyone! Kinda took for granted working on the weekends, seeing everyone on a regular basis. Things are good with me both at work and at home. Everyone at home is safe and healthy, but sure going stir crazy. Work has kinda calmed down with people adjusting to the "new normal". Certainly hope things start getting back to some type of normal soon. Definitely need to see some warm weather soon . If you have a minute, post how you are doing......and stay safe!!!!

Working on NCAA/PAVO exams... USAV Beach rules book... PAVO Ref School... and doing some house projects in my free time! But I'm missing time on the courts in a BIG way.

I miss my volleyball life. It's been a considerable adjustment having my weekends free and not being in the gym every day. However, I'm using this time to learn new things: Who knew there could be so many webinars? I'm also taking a Spanish class, but I'm terrible. Getting a head start on summer/fall planning and events for work. Outside of that, I'm staying productive and active.
Stay positive, happy, healthy, and at home! See you all after COVID19!

It’s definitely been a major adjustment from officiating volleyball every weekend to not officiating at all. Is anyone else missing volleyball? I have decided to start delivering food for UberEats which is actually pretty good money if anyone is interested in doing it. You get to make your own hours. I hope we can get back on the court in the fall! I had to guest register since my account has not been approved yet.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. I think what I miss the most is the actual playing. Seeing a player do or try something for the first time. Getting it right or wrong and getting better from it. The second thing I miss is the common goal of getting better we all have and the discussion that follow. Thank you Brian H. for setting this up and for the page for Terry. He will be greatly missed. If you didn't know Steve Yates has passed as well.

It has certainly been an adjustment. I miss both my family and my volleyball family. The home projects are being completed that's for sure. I work from home as it is so nothing has changed there. Sure wish the weather would warm up so we can continue to do outside chores. At first it was nice to be home on the weekends but I've over it!

I work mostly from home so not much change there. Business travel has stopped; mixed feelings about that... I like sleeping in my own bed, and I'm not fond of crowded airplanes with no leg room, but it was a nice change of pace to go to other cities and experience their culture. I certainly miss the volleyball, both officiating as well as playing. April-May is usually pretty hectic with the Bids and Regionals, but it was always a fun culmination to the season. Regionals was especially enjoyable - watching teams play their last matches of the season but having the opportunity to play against teams at their own level of competence. Winning a medal regardless of division is a wonderful treat for the players and coaches. I also miss seeing my officiating family.
Stay safe & stay healthy, everyone!
